Retreat is not a word Ryan Retaleato relates to very well. Whether it was finding a solution to a problem growing up, having the confidence to step away from a successful career that required him to be away from his wife on travel far too much, or moving from Florida to Denver only to find out a few months later that the position he had moved for would now require his to move to Arizona (something he chose not to do), Ryan is resilient at every corner. 

A loving husband, an adoring father, and a highly motivated and successful real estate agent with Redfin in Denver, Ryan was kind enough to share a bit about his journey, what inspires and motivates him, and what has made him the man he is today. Through it all, that word - resilience - will come up time and time again - and to see a a couple handle the challenges of the world with optimism at the same time they are building a family is  incredible to say the least.
