Description

Synopsis
1) Entering into the week of the yom haheilula opens a new level of service that is required during this week. 2) The baal haheilula did his work specifically with joy, despite his physical suffering – which affected him spiritually as well – the inability to say and spread Chassidus etc. Like his doctor said : how can it be that his suffering consisted specifically of something affecting his speech, preventing him from carrying out his mission as he would have wanted? This is a valid argument according to Torah! 3) A practical takeaway: to increase in studying his teachings, in a way that compensates for what he was unable to do (because he had no “Aharon your brother” to serve as his speaker), and to arrange farbrengens for the yom haheilula as well as on the Shabbos before and after it – and the main thing is, despite the suffering of exile – to do it with joy.
