On this episode of the Hockey Cards Gongshow podcast we start by honoring the NHL's (almost) most famous number 51 for episode 51, Brian Campbell (7:11).  Next we look at the Top 25 hockey players sold on the secondary markets in 2023 as well as an interesting 2014 O-Pee-Chee Platinum Alexander Ovechkin Seismic Gold sale that maybe set a precedence for how we look at non-rookie values (16;20).  In hobby news, the Philadelphia Flyers prospect Cutter Gauthier was traded to the Anaheim Ducks, William Nylander cashes in, and Fanatics steals Lebron James from Upper Deck (35:22).  Three months after the 2023-24 Upper Deck Series One release, we take a first look at the gem rates for key base Young Guns rookies and compare the aggregate Young Guns gem rates to recent Flagship releases (1:00:05).  With 2022-23 Upper Deck ICE scheduled to be released on Friday, we look at the top 5 sales from last years product (1:06:54).  We preview our favorite vintage and modern hockey cards in the current PWCC Weekly Auction (1:12:49), and we end the show with personal pickups (1:48:58).
