The #chicagocubs have yet to do ANYTHING this offseason at the 2 month mark and into the calendar year of 2024.  They're not the only team that's been quiet, but after a record breaking contract to #craigcounsell, it was expected that the #cubs would be BIG spenders this offseason.  So...why so quiet?  Is #codybellinger nearing a return?  Does he HAVE to in order for this offseason to be labeled a success.  Are the #cincinnatireds and #stlouiscardinals more division winner ready than the Cubs currently are?
