Abbie discusses an example of using the Serpentine Model. Dr. Barbara McKay shares some thoughts on the Serpentine Model. Finally, Abbie offers two ways to put the Serpentine Model to use in our own lives, both as a tool for reflection after a conversation has happened and also as a tool to be used in the moment while a conversation is happening.
