My guest today is David Rosmarin, an associate professor of psychology at Harvard Medical School, a program director at McLean Hospital, and founder of Center for Anxiety, which services over one thousand patients per year in multiple states. Dr. Rosmarin is an international expert on spirituality and mental health. He is the director of the Spirituality and Mental Health Program at McLean Hospital.

The topic is his book Thriving with Anxiety: 9 Tools to Make Your Anxiety Work for You.
