He called 911 and said his son wasn’t breathing. But when paramedics arrived, they saw no signs of CPR—just a 15-month-old baby named Prince, cold and lifeless in his crib.
This wasn’t the first suspicious death linked to Joaquin Rams. And by the time police put the pieces together, they realized… he’d already killed before.
