First off, shout to everyone doing dry January. We respect that. However, we are telling Chicago's beer origins for when you are ready! There are some pretty interesting happenings in our story. We even traveled to Milwaukee, Wisconsin to tell part of this story. Also, we stopped by Lakefront Brewery and Pabst Brewery to discuss the history there. Get the tastebuds ready, we're talkin' beer!
