Part 4 of the Backyard Ultra series features a chat with Jennifer Russo.  At 57, Jennifer broke Courtney Dauwalter's backyard mileage female world record last year at Capitol Backyard Ultra getting the assist and earning a ticket to Big's.  She has an impressive resume of 100 and 200 mile races in addition to some awesome Backyard performances.  She was such a treat to get to know.  She's also a race director.  Enjoy!
