 Happy New Year! Full-Time Black Woman podcast was designed to create an environment where black professional women can discuss the ups and downs we experience in corporate america and entrepreneurship, while balancing our many roles and responsibilities in life. Unfortunately, most of our universal experiences as black women are based on negativity and unfairness.  Today, we are going to discuss the reasons why we are no longer allowing these same issues to control us this year.
