This week, Coach Frontier welcomes Shot Putter - Jon Jones to the show. Jones was the 2015 NCAA D1 Shot Put Champion while at University of Buffulo and has mulitple top 5 finishes at the USATF National Meet, most notable 4th in 2019. He's looking to build upon his 21.63m PR as he prepares for the 2021 Olympic Trials.
