Leah Hickman, a 20-year-old Marshall University student, visited a McDonald's close to her Huntington, West Virginia apartment on December 14, 2007. Tragically, a week later, her lifeless body was discovered in the basement crawl space after an extensive search and nationwide pleas for assistance. She had been fatally strangled.
Regrettably, justice remains elusive as her murder case remains unsolved, having grown cold over the years.
