151 \\ Christmas Organization for ADHD Moms - What I Will Do Differently Next Christmas

Published 2 years, 8 months ago
Description

The Christmas season brings with it a flurry of activities, emotions, and responsibilities, which can be particularly challenging for moms with ADHD. As someone who has felt scatterbrained during the holidays, I understand the struggles and pressures that come. This year the chaos of Christmas preparation often seemed overwhelming. Reflecting on this, I've decided to approach next Christmas with a new Christmas planning system and I think this will help ADHD moms as well.

In this episode, I'm sharing my personal insights and experiences, along with practical tips that I plan to implement next year. These ideas are not just about surviving the holiday season, but about thriving in it, turning potential stress into joyful success. From managing decorations and gift-giving to planning festive meals and family gatherings, I'll delve into how I intend to streamline these processes while not turning into the Grinch. Guilty!

Join me as we explore how to make Christmas more manageable, enjoyable, and memorable, even with the unique challenges that come with ADHD.
