Leslie & Brady are doing things their way as freelancers in the digital marketing world. They dipped their toes into a side gig, & saw so much potential that they were both able to quit their 9-5 jobs. Now they're raising a family & helping other people switch gears to creating businesses from home to raise their own families. In this episode they share their journey from stable pension jobs to switching it up for a road less traveled. A road they do not regret at all!

Leslie and Brady Huffer started a digital marketing side hustle soon after they got married as a creative outlet and additional income stream while she was a special education teacher and he was in corporate sales. Their marketing agency, Hey Huffers, grew faster than they had anticipated and they decided to take the leap to quit their 9 to 5 jobs to run it full-time together. A week later they found out they were pregnant and expecting a baby girl! 
 
Now, they get to run their business from home and be present with their daughter each day. They attribute the success of their business to their financial foundation of getting debt-free early in their marriage. In addition to Hey Huffers, Leslie has started a community to help other moms launch their own profitable at-home business as well as sharing simple everyday activities to keep kids engaged, learning, and growing each day called The Joyful Work at Home Mama.
