On the Road with Mickey Episode 200!
Hey everyone, I’m Mike, she’s Sophie, that’s Brenda, and he’s Grogu, and we’re On the Road with Mickey! This is episode 200 and this week our feature topic is On the Road with Mickey Episode 200! We’re taking a look at our favorite moments from the past 200 episodes of On the Road with Mickey! Here’s what we talked about:
- Before we get into the Cheddar from the Big Cheese, all of us would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas!
- Cheddar from the Big Cheese
- Mike: This past December 14th marked the 20th anniversary of the opening of Disney’s Pop Century Resort!
- Mike: I’d also like to recognize the passing of Disney Legend Dick Nunis on December 13th, at the age of 91. Dick was the former chairman of Walt Disney Attractions, and first started working for Disney in 1955 at Disneyland.
- Brenda: Animal Kingdom Park welcomes Corra, the new African Elephant calf born to mother Nadirah. Nadirah was born at Animal Kingdom in 2005, so Corra is the first second-generation calf born at Animal Kingdom Park!
- Sophie: Congratulations and best wishes are in order for Disney Animator Mark Henn, who is retiring from the Company after 43 years with Disney. For those of you who don’t know, Mark is responsible for the design and animation of many classic disney princesses.
