      Please join us for a very interesting discussion of Reiki, Shamanism, and Energy Healing with Dr. Alyssa Lindahl.  Dr. Lindahl is very encouraging to all of us to develop our abilities and to be in better contact with our guides. 
     The conversation flows easily as we move through Dr. Lindahl's spiritual path, and she gives us an exercise that we can do every day to build our relationship with our Spirit Guides.  I have started it and I look forward to the results.
