The agency that brought you the internet and gps, for years has been developing doomsday technology and advances in robotics and gadgets. However, this technology is really global, and not for the benefit of the US or world. They tinker with the building blocks of life and care very little for what's natural.
William Ramsey and Luemas come together with their research and expose the many mind-blowing inventions from this Department as well as the many off-shoots that Darpa controls.
