Today's SWAPA Number is 3. On our Contract 2020 Negotiating team, we call our core of scheduling SME's, SRC3. That's Scott Plyler, Dan O'Connor, and Meagan Nelan, who are the individuals most responsible for the complete rewrite of our work rules. On this episode, we're going to sit down with them for a discussion about those scheduling sections of Contract 2020, where we started and where we ended up.
