במ"ש הרמב"ם ש"מצות עשה להתפלל כל יום" ביארו המפרשים שזהו דוקא בשעה שמרגיש חסרון בצרכיו. ולפי"ז יוצא דעפ"י נגלה, יתכן אדם "שיתפלל כל היום כולו" ואעפ"כ לא התפלל מימיו תפלה מן התורה – אם אינו מרגיש שיש לו חסרון! ועד"ז בנוגע למצות ק"ש שקו"ט אם זהו מה"ת וכו'. והנה ע"י לימוד החסידות, שהיא מבארת את הדרך להתבוננות בגדולתו ית' ובשפלות האדם עד שהאדם מרגיש את עצמו במצב של חסרון עצום, עד שזה נוגע לו – אזי נעשה אצלו מצוה מן התורה להתפלל ולבקש צרכיו! ועד"ז בנוגע לק"ש: כאשר קורין ק"ש לאחרי הקדמת ההתבוננות שבתורת החסידות בתוכן ברכת ק"ש ד"הבוחר בעמו ישראל באהבה" וכו' ובאים להרגשה שנמצאים בהיכלו של המלך שהדין הוא ש"מאן במחוי במחוג וכו'" – מוכרח הוא מן התורה לעמוד בתנועה דמס"נ ד"הוי' אחד" ואהבה ד"בכל לבבך ובכל נפשך ובכל מאדך"! נמצא דעפ"י שו"ע מובן ההכרח שבלימוד החסידות, כיון שעי"ז יוצאים המצוות דק"ש ותפלה שבכל יום מגדר של רבנן למ"ע מן התורה לכל הדעות.

The Rambam writes, “It is a positive mitzvah to daven every day”; the commentaries explain that this applies only when one davens to Hashem to provide his needs that he lacks. Accordingly, it is possible according to Nigleh for a person to “daven all day long” and yet never perform the biblical mitzvah of davening – if he doesn’t feel he lacks anything! Similarly, there’s a discussion as to whether the mitzvah of Kerias Shema is a biblical obligation etc. But by studying Chassidus, which explains the path of contemplating Hashem’s greatness and the lowliness of man, to the point that one truly feels he is terribly lacking – then his davening has the force of the biblical mitzvah of davening for his needs! And so, too, regarding Kerias Shema: when one prefaces his Kerias Shema with the brachos of Kerias Shema as explained according to Chassidus – “who chooses his people Yisrael with love” etc. – and reaches the level of being “in the King’s palace” (where “one who gestures in the presence of the king etc.”) – he is biblically obligated to have mesiras-nefesh for Hashem’s oneness and to love Him “with all your heart and all your soul and all your might”! Thus, we see how it is imperative according to Shulchan Aruch to study Chassidus – because it is through studying Chassidus that one turns his davening and Kerias Shema from a rabbinic obligation to a biblical obligation every day, according to all opinions.
