After 15 years of a nomadic hospitality career, Denni Elyse (Pan’s Bottle’s and Cups) realised she needed change and moved home to Tasmania and be with her family. It led to a chance to open her on venue - a natural wine bar in a town with no wine bars or Natural Wine. Business, as they say, is booming.
