Topic: Well the Holidays are here, and theoretically they should be joyous, bringing us happiness, cheer, laughter, but for some of us there's some trip points that can really make these times very stressful and anything but joyous. So today, instead of talking about all the stressors that are there, we talk about how to avoid the pitfalls, and how to make this time of year something really special and make you smile.
