It is an important question. Do they care? Do we care? If we really care we need to make them care. There is only one way to stop them.
PS I have these people living in the servant quarters of my next door neighbour who are so loud and they always seem to make the most noise when I'm podcasting. So apologies for any loud sudden noises in the background.
