Hello.  Welcome to LoFi Bedtime Very Tales. I hope you are thinking well and are becoming filled with the holiday spirit whichever holidays you may celebrate this time of the year. It is a wonderful time to let positivity warm you and your loved ones. I can recall many fond memories in my youth where I may have not have received what I wanted but I truly got so much more than I could have ever anticipated! Funny how that is, isn't it? In this episode there is a poem set to some music. Is that a song? Maybe it is. It really happened too. Perhaps it may happen again. I don't know where I'll wake up on December 23. All I know is that I am open to helping others as helping others helps us too and it is very necessary to eat and behave well to keep ourselves in harmony. Those are the messages in this episode.
