Our guests today are from the Illinois Professional Land Surveyors Association (IPLSA) and have organized a task force focusing on workforce development, and more specifically, an apprenticeship program for technicians. We sat down during the recent IPLSA Annual conference to talk about the program after a well-received panel discussion earlier in the program.
