Sam and I chat about the birth bag shopping list she made for me recently. We could easily have spent hours on this, but wanted to share a little taste of the perspective that we share around tools and equipment. I love that Sam has brought such wisdom to our “team” here and I miss her so much as an in person friend and student! There are not that many women that think so intentionally about the stuff they bring to a birth, especially the internal energy that comes with each of us whether we like it or not! I bet students and midwives alike really enjoy this one.
