We’re are you feeling right now? Feeling fit or feeling the Christmas flump?

It is so easy to start feeling unmotivated around the Christmas period, but following your own motivational strategies and daily positive habits, you can still incorporate Fitness into your busy month.  It is all about damage limitation, but also thinking about New Year goals and what it is you want to focus on is it your health, your wealth, happiness or all of the above.  I’ll allow some time to stay fit. Stay active, but still enjoy the festive season.
