According to some men (and we all know how reliable they can be 🙄) most women will have a partner in mind as a back-up option if the relationship they’re currently in doesn’t work out. We can’t deny that the fantasy of feeling like we could make any man from our past drop everything and run away because they’re obsessed with us sure sounds fun, but truthfully, there’s no person we’d even want to keep “on the hook” like that. The grass isn’t always greener and we know that some other romantic partner won’t magically fix our lives. But hey, maybe we’re the outliers here and you really do have a Plan B. If that’s you, more power to you, girl!
