Deano Gladstone is one of the best lifeguards on Bondi Rescue and someone who I am so inspired by!
Dean grew up in Sydney with a huge passion for swimming and a love of the ocean. After some difficulties at school, and a short lived plubing career, Dean found himself chasing a career he could fall in love with. This is where he found lifeguarding and with close to 20 years of service for Bondi Lifeguards.
Along his journey, he has always been seeking excellence and ways to maximise human potential. Dean found breathwork and cold exposure therapy which changed his life. He now teaches these skills to thousands of humans worldwide.
