In this episode, Susan Angermann recounts her fascinating and varied career from beginnings as a ballet dancer to theatre and costume design, eventually becoming a costume shop manager. Along the way, she was introduced to Kolbe Concepts™ and discovered her passion for consulting and helping people understand their unique working styles. As a Kolbe Certified™ Consultant and Owner of Workstyle Consulting, Susan has transformed many employees, teams, and organizations into more productive and happy partnerships.

Bio for Susan Angermann:
Susan Angermann has been a Florida resident for 30 years. She was born
in West Virginia, raised in South Carolina, and lived and worked in New
York City for 22 years. She is married to Chris and they have a son, Erik.

Artistic endeavors including dance, costume design and fashion have been
balanced by work in a variety of office jobs, sales, costume department
management and freelance work. She has also been teaching pattern
making at Pennie Fabrics for five years.

This varied work experience created an interest in personal development
for herself and others. Workstyle Consulting was started in 2004 after
becoming a Kolbe Certified™ Consultant. This gave her a way to share
knowledge and skills with individuals and groups to maximize their
strengths and potential.
