Followed by Dr Christian starring Jean Hersholdt, originally broadcast December 5, 1937, 86 years ago, The Blind Boy. The story of a blind boy and an attempted suicide. The story was later chosen by the CBS network as, "The Dramatic High Spot Of The Week." The program originates from New York City. The script was recreated (with Jean Hersholt) on December 12th on, "The People's Choice.".

Then Gunsmoke starring William Conrad, originally broadcast December 5, 1953, 70 years ago, The Lamb. Lew Madellon is the fastest gunfighter in Colorado Territory. When he comes to Dodge, so does Ab Fisher.
