Throughout this conversation, Chris takes us into the early stages of his career and shares how to leverage being the awkward person in the room. 

We touch on practical tools and tactics to actually make your voice heard without having to be the loudest in the room, nor the one who always goes first. 

My personal highlight is Chris's journey into public speaking. As someone who “still hates” public speaking, he manages to do it exceptionally well and he shares exactly why he does it on this interview.
