• From da foodie: Coconut Rice & Panko Breaded Shrimp (printed off the shrimp recipe in 2015)

• This was early on in my journey of wanting to explore different flavors from our own kitchen

• May need a bit more egg and panko

• I did 2 lbs of shrimp in dutch oven and doubled recipe - worked out ok. Took tails off for easier peeling and was fine. 

• No such thing as minor surgery
