I came to a realization this year that I was doing too much when it came to my health and fitness journey. Working out 5-7 days a week, trying to lift as heavy as possible, trying to burn a certain amount of calories...you get it. This narrative is far too common with women since we tend to be the ones who overwork ourselves the most. I have completely shifted what I do for movement and how I approach my fitness journey, and the results for me have been life changing. 

Today I will be chatting with you about if you're doing too much, cycle tracking, and how this shift might be just what you need heading into the new year!
