This is an expository study of Luke 2:1-7, the birth of Jesus Christ according to Luke. Here, Luke begins by explaining what is happening in the political world and how God used the evil actions of the Roman emperor to bring Mary and Joseph exactly where he wanted them to be and in the exact circumstances he wanted them to be in when Jesus would be born.  We see how God moved the entire Roman empire, just to move Mary and Joseph.  In the same way, God moves all of us.  But, how often do we miss what he is doing? This Christmas, instead of being discouraged by the circumstances that we may be in, lets look to God and see what he wants to reveal to us.  Indeed, he has moved all of us to this exact moment, to show us who he is.
