For things to change you must do something differently. Doing things the same way and expecting things to turn out differently can’t happen.
Change can be scary, but so can remaining stuck in the same unhappiness. It might help to remember that change is not an event that happens overnight, it’s a process. One step, one day, one thing at a time.
And don't waste time thinking about how you could have done things differently. Just keep your eyes on the road ahead and do it differently now.
