On the night before Halloween in 1975, a fifteen year old girl named Martha Moxley was murdered in her own front yard. Evidence pointed to the two teenage boys who lived next door to the Moxley's, but it was all circumstantial. However one of the boys was eventually tried and convicted, but was released on bond years later and remains free to this day.
