The show’s cricketing expert former England international Roland Butcher is back to talk cricket and in particular review the recent men’s World Cup in India.
Roland reflects on the competition, the reasons why Australia emerged victorious, the failings of England, gives his thoughts on the other teams along with choosing his best batter and best bowler of the tournament. Roland reveals why he thinks England performed so badly in the sub-continent.
In a wide ranging podcast Roland chats about a new project that he is involved with, the Barbados Girls Cricket Club and looks ahead to England’s white ball tour to the Caribbean which begins on 3 December.
Roland also gives his personal tribute to Bishan Bedi, the legendary Indian slow left arm bowler who sadly passed away on 23 October.
