The influential group is launching a multimillion dollar ad campaign this week in all early voting states, and this gives the former South Carolina governor and U.N. and the nation's goodbye to former first lady Rosalynn Carter. Hundreds were in attendance for a powerful memorial service in Atlanta. 99-year-old former president Jimmy Carter made a rare public appearance to pay his respects to his beloved wife.
