Autism and socialising can be difficult, it is hard to understand social communication for autism and many of the social interactions that happen involve non-verbal social gestures. For an autistic adult these can be super confusing and very difficult to know how to socialise and to keep up in a social situation. I have created 3 simple steps to understand this, and laid them out in this video to make it easier for you.
