What are your reasons for achieving your goals?



If you are not moving as rapidly as you would like toward your goals, chances are that there is too large of a gap between your current behavior and the most-of-the-time behavior that the goals require to achieve them.  Take advantage of the fact that you have the ability to change that.  So … just change that now!

 

The more reasons you have for achieving your goals, the more likely you are to take the steps necessary to achieve them. 

 

George Leonard, wrote the book called Mastery, and he said: “Mastery is the mysterious process by which difficult tasks become progressively easier and more pleasurable with practice.”
