Palmer and Joseph Constanzo to discuss their book - On the Rocks.  The book is about the rise and fall of the legendary Italian restaurant Primadona in Pittsburgh PA.  Joseph was the owner of Primadona and Maria is his daughter and grew up in the restaurant.  We discuss the book, the story of this restaurant, the state of dinning out in America today, and more.
