Hello and welcome to the comedy science podcast where comedian Laura Lexx gets taught the AQA combined science podcast from her reasonably normal non-comedian brother Ron!
Laura is feeling pretty festive in the run up to advent kicking off and is full of tiffin.
In the science it's more waves and stuff… light waves and their lengths and stuff. Will the waves ever end?
The episode is a good'un... Ron fully shuts down in shock for a while but manages to pull it back in time to quiz Laura (who has, surprise surprise, learned nothing).
We look at Ultraviolet lights and the spectrum of lights but for those not really here for the science, it's also a weather episode - with Ron's pesky house wire getting involved again.
This episode features some of the best pleading and wheedling in a quiz ever - and yet she still manages to leave with nothing.
