Penelope is a Clinical Psychologist, Personal Trainer and Mindfulness Teacher.
With 30+ years experience in private practice, running exercise groups and teaching mindfulness.   More recently, her focus has been with women, especially over 45.  

Now at almost 63 years she has lived the ups and downs of physical and mental health issues. Her life experience and her background as a Clinical Psychologist, Personal Trainer and Mindfulness Teacher has guided her to develop a unique program that integrates exercise, mindfulness and self-compassion in one program.
