Autumn is a former full time police officer who was injured in the line of duty. She suffered a career ending back injury with only 6 and a half years on the job. After facing this life changing event, she found herself at rock bottom facing an identity crisis. 

It is from here that Autumn had to reinvent herself and began life coaching professionally. She has went onto creating a world wide podcast, has become a sought after speaker who travels the country and has developed her own women's self-protection company, called She's an Asset.
