At the time he was working full time as an engineer, but a short 18 months or so later he decided to take his real estate business full time. Since then, he has built an 8-figure business which includes a portfolio that features an ENTIRE TOWN. Yes, you read that right: a TOWN. He's the de facto mayor, and is involved in all of the business in the small town in Texas.
