She strives to improve the lives of animals by using her expertise to improve workplace culture and the well-being of veterinary professionals. Debbie recently published her first book, Hospitality in Healthcare and Stephanie wanted to take the chance to talk with Debbie about hospitality and what lessons we can learn and apply inside our practices when it comes to making clients feel welcome and invited in to our practices.
