Description
A Pennsylvania man was arrested Sunday after allegedly stalking his estranged wife and attacking her in a Walmart parking lot. Authorities Geoffrey Kay-Conway planned to abduct, rape, and kill the victim for leaving him. Kay-Conway was found with what officials called a “kit” containing numerous tools to commit the crime, including KY Jelly lubricant, zip ties, and a piercing tool with her name written on it.
