Everton have responded with fury to a 10-point deduction handed down after an independent commission found the club guilty of breaching financial regulations.
Blues chiefs dispute claims by the Premier League the club has not acted with the “utmost good faith” over its finances - arguing it has been fully transparent with league officials.
