Description
The Ordinary Elite is a Scottish podcast brought to you from Glasgow by John McGovern and Mike Dailly. Both are Solicitor Advocates - John a criminal defence practitioner and Mike a civil litigation practitioner and social justice campaigner. In our 22nd episode, we discuss the Cabinet Secretary for Health, Michael Matheson MSP's personal statement given to the Scottish Parliament on his iPad mobile expenses claim of almost £11,000. For some 11 months, the claim was said to be for purely legitimate parliamentary business when Mr Matheson was on a family holiday in Morocco last December. Yesterday he admitted that was not true. Should he stay or should he go as Health Secretary?
