Episode 165
Episode 165 of the Fit Father Project Podcast is all about chronic pain and the RIGHT way to deal with recurring injuries, chronic musculoskeletal pain, and more.
In this episode, you’ll meet Rick Olderman, a sports and orthopedic physical therapist with more than 25 years of experience specializing in helping people with chronic pain experience a pain-free life.
Rick graduated from physical therapy school in 1996. After struggling to help his patients, he realized that standard physical therapy education left him unprepared to truly help people with chronic pain or nagging injuries.
As a result, Rick has spent the last 20 years studying and experimenting, resulting in his pioneering approach.
Rick has written the popular Fixing You series of books to help people with chronic pain or injuries, as well as Solving the Pain Puzzle: Cases from 25 Years as a Physical Therapist.
He has also created downloadable video home programs to help people solve pain from head to toe. These programs include his pioneering approach that has helped solve hundreds of cases of chronic pain at his clinic for the last 10 years.
Rick is one of the top professionals in the U.S. when it comes to understanding recurring injuries and chronic musculoskeletal pain. He wants to enhance the quality of life by helping people fix their pain once and for all.
